Love was certainly in air when these beauties were dancing to "Earth music".
Looking forward to know your views!

Hi Raviprakash,
Very beautiful image and thought here.... Initially some of the leaves and the stick to the RHS looked a little distracting, but after seeing the image several times, i feel it doesnt matter at all. Lovely Picture.

Boy...I wish we had subjects like that over here!....gorgeous butterflies, but ....I do feel that the leaves (especially the large one between the two) are quite distracting. Perhaps stripping out the midtones would alleviate that issue?

cheers

Thanks Hrishikesh and Erin for your views.

@Erin - The leaf in between was not distracting me much untill you pointed out :) I felt the leaves were distracting in color version..it was on darker side as this was shot under shadow. Hence converted to B & W. Also considering the shooting condition(Size of the butterflies, their activity and the light) i was extremely happy with this result. I dont think i could have got better DOF while shooting. However i think it could have handled better during PP. I will process it again and let you know the result. Thanks again.

monochrome is suiting it very well and the dark background adds to the image...
