I am generally used to seeing these dragon flies below eye-level.. but here it was, about 15 feet above the ground, hovering happily in its world. Just an attempt to display its freedom in the woods.

Nice graphic feel there Kiran... U may just wish to soften up those couple of twigs in the background...

Kiran, I would think not including the twig on the left would add further. The silhouette works very well. Looks like I missed the trip this year... Will catch up over phone some day..

I like the "freedom of woods" associated with this beautiful picture.
I echo Ganesh's view. The left twig is taking the attention.

Thank you for your feedback! I completely agree with that left twig thing. Somehow, on my other monitor, it wasn't this evident and was getting lost in the contrast... But now I see that it is really creating a kind of a suffocation in the frame... I will rework on it.. thanks again!

GaneshaNNa - the dracos this time were extremely sedative and just wouldn't move. The female did not move from its place from 7.30AM till around 3PM.. and then I left from there.. the male just jumped off from that tree after the act and was never spotted again.. and i developed a severe neck sprain and presently on pills to get rid of neck spasms. :( How badly i missed you there!!
