Hey Prashanth, a fine silhouette there. Isn't square crop which excludes the smaller tree on the right side works better ? At least to my eyes :)

Hey Prasanth, I think something happened while processing, the portion between the big tree and the small tree has blue in it and not white like the rest of the image....am not sure how this happened actually...I will definitely consider a square crop and leave out the smaller tree.

loved the silhouette here, the posture of the elephant is nice, i like the scale of the tree to the elephant.
I would make this a square crop or I would include the entire main tree.

Thanks Ganesh! I think it works well, I was thinking it may spoil the balance of the image.

Thanks Nilanjan da! You are spot on with your observation. Its my mistake. Actually the trunk of the elephant and the small bush in the middle were almost in the same tonal range, when I was converting the color image to Monochrome the details on the trunk was getting lost. To avoid that I did selective processing of the small bush separately and then elephant and rest of the tree. While doing so I missed out to match the background. These sort of mistakes are crimes. Thanks a lot once again :)

Thanks Prithvi:) I agree with you on including the entire tree.

regards,
Prashanth
