Ramesh, so this moth was about to land there ? Curious to know the shooting condition. From my past experience I think it is very difficult to make images of them in flight. Nicely frozen in time !

Ganesh, it was dead. It was hanging from that leaf by a cob-web thread. It was swirling due to breeze. I waited for it to be still for this image. It took several tries. It was difficult to focus & shoot it even in death! Image was made in Ramanagara.

Few words on the caption: Deep shadows in the BG and early morning sunlight pouring over from RHS gave an impression that it was flying from darkness towards light even in death. And, death must be liberating, driving one from darkness of life to brightness of the other world! Any thoughts?
