A visual treat, excellent Jayesh ! BTW, square crop works perfect in my view. Wish you could defocus the lower strands slightly more, may not be as much the ones at top - just to break the realism a bit. The thumbnail didn't do justice to this image. Thanks for sharing.

wow, this is excellent. Kind of liked the 'rawness'. That is an excellent suggestion to lose dof, I agree with that.

Excellent image Jayesh, but can I say what is playing in my mind ? :-). Two aspects Jayesh, the bottom part of the frame is organized and calm and in a state of assurance whereas the top part is clearly in a state of excitement with the patterns breaking so nicely. I wish you split the image in two exact halves. Then either have more defocus in the lower part as Ganshi suggested or just the opposite which is having more DOF in the bottom but executing it so carefully ( this would demand excellent parallel film plane use ) that the defocus and the randomness of the lines on the top are retained as it is in this frame. You nearly had a frame with two separate states expressed in one....a transition from the state of calmness to a state of excitement. Am definitely seeing this image from the bottom to the top. The image somehow for me demands more of the top part. If you have cropped it, can you just check if the composition am mentioning makes it interesting or not ? :-). Your image has really excited my grey cells....plz don't mind my demanding attitude :-), probably it will not yield any good result but just felt so nice imagining more out of this image. Thanks buddy for sharing.

Thanks Ganesh,Adithya & Nilanjan for your views...

Its an old image & while searching for something else i saw it...Honestly i must tell you Nilanjanda that it was the top part -that really excited me & prompted me to share it...
Unfortunately the original frame had only small part of it on left side of the frame. AFter cropping i rotated the frame 90 degree clockwise & kept the flow of focussed part in the bottom to defocussed part
on the top. Will definitely keep the suggestions in mind for the next oppourtunity.... BTW,love the way you related it with the state of mind !

Too good. Like the bold presentation here. Don't think I've seen a web with no curves. Lovely pic.

gem of an image, jayeshbhai, like the way they are studded all around. agree with ganesh 'n nilanjan about dof 'n little wider frame .. it ends pretty too fast!

regards.
