I was not very happy with the way I processed this image. Here is another similar image with a different mood.

A few more words about the image Ganshi :-). probably not many could connect ?? I have my own interpretations but taking me away from nature too. A composition that one needs to learn from.

to me this image signifies "wait" ....may be some person sitting by the lakeside squandering pebbles in water.... really liked the tones here ..

No big thoughts here Nilanjan. I enjoyed watching this flycatcher during couple of mornings and spent a few hours photographing its context which appeared poetic to my senses. Most of the time the bird was accompanied only by its reflection! The light in the shaded region was amazing, portraying a kind of a fine silence. A few little events would occur once in a while like leaves falling down causing a ripple or two and thus gently stirring the silence of its world. Now these images just serve as my memories of sharing some space with the little bird in its muted world...

Steel like grey tone of water surface is exquisite. The ripple adds so much to the image. This one has far more interest to engage the viewer for a long time than the earlier one IMO, Ganesh. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ganesh,
I can feel the silence here but the protrusion does "un-still" me.
Thanks for sharing

The tones of this image makes it for me Ganesh! You have achieved an amazing tonal range. I've no idea how this would look on a print but I'm just guessing this will be awesome. Please share your thoughts if you happen to print this image. TFS.

Regards,
Prashanth
