I had to step back to spot the bird in the blur. And when it showed ..wow what a show! In my opinion you could crop about a third on the right and frame it square to have more emphasis on the bird.
I felt the bird is more towards the left. Confused here as Nirlep says its on the right ?? Ganshi made some images of darters in these lines in Bharatpur this winter. He used those reflections of the light on the water very aptly. By aptly I mean the bird did not get over powered by the circles formed by the light. In my opinion these reflections are too over powering, and the bird ( if am seeing it right ) is hardly creating it's own space. The image needs more balance between the two Swapnil. Closing in is very important while making these images.
