Ganesh, I am yet to go through the video, but clearly understand that colors clearly help a medium to convey what the photographers what to convey better.

For me the shot captures the unspeakable nature of experience. I can not but mumble a few words like blood, life, bursting forth, the hidden and the revealed. And that's all. But i know what I feel seeing this one goes beyond the sum total of what I wrote here. As Carl Jung writes in his "Man and his symbols"- a metaphysical unease. what are your views on this Ganesh?

Nirlep, thanks for your thoughts. As mentioned in the thread (link posted above) I was trying to experiment with mixing two opposite feelings in one image - an apparent smile with a deep sorrow inside, two different intensity levels of red which may trigger two different emotions. Probably this is a failed attempt but love these failures because these teach some valuable lessons in new new creations (hopefully :) )
