Going Nowhere...

Going Nowhere...
A daily scene at the small Rajasthani village of Khichan(Jodhpur) where the migratory Demoiselle Cranes take shelter every year. The villagers love and care for them as there very own.
I feel this image is about the the right/lucky moment and a sense of scale. Chose high contrast BW treatment to keep it minimal.

Let me know what you think.

A fine image Puneet, I agree the scale and shadow of the lady and your decision to include the land add a lot to the composition. I am not sure about the over contrast which seem to impact the dimension though. Thanks for sharing..

Thanks Ganesh. Appreciate your words.
The way I look at it , there was not much interest in thanks to the harsh daylight so I thought of instead leveraging the same, going for stronger highlights/shadows.
