Misty Morning
Often I tend to think best light for photography is bad light ! During one misty no-sun shine morning I found this egret ready to take off at Bharatpur bird sanctuary in India. For me muted soft colors and low contrast creates a unique mood in this image.

This is one my favorites. Exposure is the key in this and slight action has added to this class of work. I think this is taken on film.

Yes Shankar, I made this using Nikon F5 and slide film Velvia 50 or Provia 100F not sure which one, may be the latter..

I can spend days by looking at this image! The mood created by the mist and the way its neck is stretched and the slight blurr at the tip of the wings make this image surreal! Great execution here Ganesh.

"Surreal" is the key word here and transforming moods into pixels is best executed here.
