Love the subtle glow of the water Shivang ! I thing you can increase that further. The best tool for doing that is Nik's Viveza. If you have tried you may give it a try - very easy to use, you will learn it in couple of hours. I would select the water area and increase the brightness/contrast just a bit and reduce the green cast gently on the water at the same time. All it takes in Nik's Viveza is 2.5 seconds
