Yes, I had actually been unable to catch any sleep for a few days in a row, like an insomniac, and would stay up the whole night looking out of the window in deep thought. On all the days, I would start feeling lonely and these pigeons would be the first ones to accompany me. The blues are because this was shot very very late in the night at about 4 AM. Hence, the image and the title.
