Excellent image Dinesh - this is art.. What makes this unique is lovely pattern of birds (wings and dark beaks) and birds merging with moody background ! A very well seen image, thanks for sharing..

A very fine image, I am glad to see your images. When in doubt just go down to your INW profile there are some gems there. Creative photography is not volumes but content. It is fine as long as you start looking for images like this rather take a bunch of them and then consider something in that lot maybe worth posting. This one is a well crafted one. Creativity is something when the creative gods come visiting, creativity always comes in spells not regularly.

A fine peice of work and execution. Gray tone matched perfectly. Liked the birds float, pattern with darker one leading or seprated from the group. Thank you for sharing.

Is it a full frame image or cropped ? The birds spread in a kind of a pattern and more or less similar wing position makes the image for me. Very difficult to get this, very well seen and nicely executed. Converting to black n white too is a very good choice. Lovely.

Superb RD! Loved it. The bright halo in the center, the relatively dark Ibis leading the flock, the smooth sky as a BG and the flying pattern all make this one heck of a picture! Too good and very lovely spotting!

Thanks for your encouragement.
@ Nilanjan Das: this is about 95% of the frame, few pixels in the bottom and right are cropped.
I had observed this area for 3 - 4 days before making the image. Right after the sunrise, these birds would come in 100s and land. It took several attempts to get the spread wings of all the birds in frame.
@VMR: I'm elated. I'm glad you like my images.
best regards,
-RD

Beautiful image RD! You have seen the scene perfectly here. Execution is spot on and what I like the most is the first ibis on the bottom left showing its 'unique' behaviour than the rest! If this is a full frame image, print it large to admire it big time. Thanks for sharing this super creation.
