Beautiful image. I liked the composition a lot: small flowers against a vast black canvas. One of the best examples of using negative space, IMO. BTW, was it natural light? Curious to know. TFS.

flower bed had direct sunlight while the rest was in shadow, moreover there was huge contrast between two; hence it was simple to bring this out in b&w. and yes, about 20% canvas added on top to make it square.

Very fine image Nevilji. Liked the image for its simplicity. The flowers give a nice tender feel for my eyes and the heavy black makes a strong contrasting appearance!
