Awesome Image, very well executed. I feel something when I see this image, not able to tanslate it into words.
it like all things exist in a diffrent reality or dimension like a parallel universe.

thanks bharath & prithvi for comments.

@prithvi,
that's very thoughtful relating; i feel, it's about looking back in time, or conscious 'n subconscious ... may be the same in long run!

Splendid execution I must say! Would make for an excellent print. Loved the overall soft dull gray and the sharp rendition of the two images despite the zoom out. What really impresses me is the positioning of the bird on the LHS. Super representation of its habitat!

thanks sriharsha 'n ganesh. yes, that's spotted owlet ... to me it adds a lot to the mystic feel of the baobab.

Though you have written it's a zoom burst image but this one here is no ordinary zoom burst. Love the larger impression in the background in the lighter shade while the smaller and wider but well defined view helps connecting with the mood and the scene so well. Not easy, not this one at least :-). One of the best I have seen in CNP and am so glad that it's from you my friend. Loved it.

What an amazing perspective this is! The bird, the tree, the bg everything is complimenting each other so well. Just loved this image every bit. This image will haunt me for a long time. TFS

Hi Nevil,
i came across this thanks to "random reveals." It blew my mind and hence the PM :)

Thanks for explaining how you achieved it. What made the image for me is the subtlety of the zoom burst. it does not look artificial or forced!
superb, especially to my graphic design senses.

thanks!
