Arati, good you are not skilled to freeze. Interestingly I think blurs and abstractions start appealing more to our senses as we grow more grey cells. We start with definitions, crispness, accuracy, bright colors, contrast and perfect these techniques initially (it is important BTW) . We buy sharpest lenses possible with ideal MTF charts. Later mind needs softness, muted tones, less contrast - may be in another word - peace. We start with science and end with art.
Anyway, back to this image, the narrow strip above and larger black region filled with a little curves of light makes a nice abstract composition. I would consider burning the out of focus tiny green regions in lower part of the frame. I think the image has a secretive appeal with an under current. As I said earlier, critique is a creation - you may have a different meaning for this image
