Morning Walk...
Hi friends,

This is my first post in CNP. This was shot at Gorumara National Park last month. The rhino came to my notice when it emerged from under water and started for its royal walk. The misty morning environment added to its glory which compelled me to take the shot. Looking for your comments and honest feedback...

Welcome to CNP Debashis, nice first post, the lines stand out well and the shimmer makes it stand out more. A small counter clockwise rotation would have helped.I would also clone out the top left corner shimmer so that the eye would focus where the Rhino is.
Looking forward for more creative visions from you.

Welcome to CNP Debashis. Nice first post.
You may want to try vignetting which will help the eye to keep focus on Rhino.

Thank you all for commenting!!!

@VMR, yes you are correct the top left corner is a bit distracting, I should have corrected. I also rotated the image counter clockwise to make the walk look more parallar with the base but yes i little more was required.
@Adithya, I totally agree with you. Vignetting would have also corrected the distracting top left portion of the image.
@Vikas, this is a silhouette image. I purposely increased the contrast to make the subject darker. So if you could kindly explain what you meant by "missing the details on rhino".

Thanks again for all your valuable suggestions and comments!

Welcome to CNP Debashis. It's a beautiful shot to start with. I liked silhouette, the rhino and also inclusion of the trees on the right. I too agree with VMR on cropping/cloning out few pixels at the top.

yeah i understand this is silhouette ...but somehow my senses would like to see details on the rhino body....may be my eyes needs some training to visualize :)
