Life is beautiful
What you see in the picture are the Green Lacewing eggs...
Photographed after around 25hrs since the eggs were laid...
If you look carefully you can see the semi developed lacewing midge inside each egg... They are all in the typical fetus position... You can also see the tiny dark spot inside, which is the eye..!!

Hope you people liked this image... :-)

A few close-ups of the same: http://www.flickr.com/photos/vipinbalig ... 820170859/

Vipin, i don't know what this is. But, this is a wonderful creation from you. Such creations by nature can get us amazing perspectives to work with. I am sure you would have tried many different perspectives. Curious to see all of them.

Indeed, Life is beautiful.

My guess is Moss, which grows on trees. I may be wrong, but I have seen similar tiny structures on a tree branch ( in color ofcourse :) ) This is a fantastic image. Very delicate and beautiful.

Those curved strands and oval shapes makes it very poetic Vipin ! You have a winner here. B&W conversion is very nice. Any increase in contrast to darken those ovals may affect the mood. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful image Vipin ! I have absolutely no clue what a lacewing is but, this is one really peaceful breathtaking image indeed ! The b&w conversion really works here and I do like the symmetry.

Congratulations on being nominated for the image of the month ! Extremely well deserved !
