the end of a rain drop
bored....rainy day....gutters....dripping.....photograph

This is NOT shot in B/W. The dark is contributed to a rainy, gloomy day and trees serving as the background.

Thank you for looking,

The suspended close up drops are making it very interesting. Beautiful image Erin....:-)

Fantastic execution Erin. I can understand how difficult it will be to capture water drops on a gloomy day..Curious to know how you got drip..drip.. Drop effect :)

Are we seeing reflection of pine trees in those droplets ? A moody frame here Erin. Just a bit more contrast in those drops would add ? Thanks for sharing.

Yes that is the reflection of the pine trees in the drops.......and I captured them by using a relatively fast shutter speed.....fast enough to get individual drops out of a stream of water.....(this is my gutter leaking)........this is all manual focus and settings...I just messed up on my aperature. A higher one would have had all drops in focus and maybe allowed for more contrast as suggested.
thank you for your comments and feedback
