I get the message Prashanth. We have caused great deal of destruction. Coming back to the image, first image looks 2 dimensional (due to lack of depth) while the second 3D. I think image of a valley full of green might suit better for the first image. Your thoughts?

Very well thought, Prashanth. Btw, I see them as 2 'different' frames due to visual imbalance, maybe monochrome may help with better balance n connect with eachother more strongly.

I was trying to convey the contrast between Evergreen & barren feel.

@Madhav, I agree with you the combination is not so effective. Will try to post couple of other images I tried.

@ Nevil, agreed with you on effectiveness of this image. I tried monochrome for this but I wanted to convey the green which the monochrome failed. I'll post that version as well.
