Very thoughtful image here in this theme, Sir....A barred window, clouds, a pot of plant in the window, half of the window even closed with a net and entire mood of the image- this much is enough to weave the philosophy of life, an impulse for freedom- space and to transcend the known. I would love to have – ‘Freedom from the Known’- a tag of title to this image to be suitable to the theme- ‘Philosophical Nature Photography’.

I do believe the images in this theme will need a visualized caption or brief description from the artist to theorize his philosophy behind the image he/ she posts otherwise it will be difficult for the viewers to come to arrive at this theme to visualize the image that way. I would love your views in this regard.

Thanks and regards….

Very moody image, has a melancholic mood.

Some more explanation as asked by Ghansham?

thanks both. I have been tending to keep title and description to a minimum or none wanting the image to convey or fail on its own.

What attracted me was the plants rooted in their own fate some given up some looking at the opening in the clouds with hope but also barred by the ways of the world...Also visually interesting for me was the closed sky with only this opening which in some ways resembled the pot with the plants rotated by 90 degrees so there is the reason for hope

@ Ghanshyam and et all 'Raj' will do fine ....I have not earned anything more that :)

I think it seem to fit very well the theme. Muted mid tones belong to this theme, I guess! We seem to create ‘nature’ inside for peace. This appears paradoxical.

On a lighter note, Raj, you have earned ‘Raj’ by birth! What else you need?!

Windows are always story-telling n you made it just 'philosophical'! .. Yes, there's hope.
