Mind: Paused!

If "Pause" is an illusion then what is "Paused"? Is "paused" lives in the present, like this image?

Very confusing, looks like I need to retire to think about all these peacefully, sitting on an arm chair..

Ganesh, wanted to show that our mind even when paused looks as chaotic as when active. What with all those thoughts lurking in the background to jump on the center stage...

Everyday, these days, I measure my BP. While measuring I want remain calm with no thoughts in mind. That itself runs as another thought!
