The painting and the artist..
A giant brush took sweeping strokes across the sky, it lasted but for a few minutes before the night took over dissolving the colorful magic in its darkness. But those few moments was all that was needed to mesmerize and captivate those audience on the ground who were lucky enough to turn their gaze to the painting that was unfolding right above them by an artist who was out of this world...

Very nice colors here. Curious to know why you have posted this under 'photo art' gallery.

Thanks Adithya, the main reason of posting it here is because I felt it looked more like a painting than anything else. But on the other hand as I was asking Prashanth also tha if there is a small description below 'Creative & Fine art nature photography' and 'Nature as photo art' , it will be easier to know what to upload where. At least for me it is still a bit of a fuzzy part to understand the fine line that differentiates these categories. Thank again..

Tharangini,

Photo art gallery is for those photos which are mainly made on computers rather than on field. If one thinks he/she has gone beyond the acceptable level of processing ( of course , their level of acceptance) they can post here.
The 2 galleries in the old site have been merged to one.

Love the orange & blue colors here, Tharang! Not sure about the darker region though.

Regarding the image posting guidelines you can check the link https://www.creativenaturephotography.n ... elines.php

It's listed under Galleries/Image posting guidelines. It has detailed explanation about the galleries. Please go through these, revert back if you still need some help.

Prashanth

Thanks Adithya and Prashanth... This really helps. Sorry, I guess I still have to find my way around the forums and let me see if I've some real candidates for this section. Also do let me know if this image has to be/can be moved to the 'Creative & Fine art nature photography' section.
@Prashanth - I've some more clicks as the sky changed colors through the evening. Let me see if I've something with a better balance of blue and oranges, or if slightly different processing can help this image.

Love the deep colors, like the fact that soon it will all be blue, calm and peaceful. I am waiting to hear peaceful notes of temple bells. Yet another beautiful day ends. I am sure tomorrow will be brighter..
Thanks for sharing, Tharangini.

Wonderful write-up n strokes by the artist 'Nature'! Deeper colours n red-orange with blue adds a lot here.
Tfs.
