“Trophy” summarizes it well, Raj. Aptly presented.

The larger question is how much of that “hunting” is inevitable in Freudian sense of Id and Ego.

There is a fundamental drive towards "Trophy" hunting. I suppose that is related to the best genes getting the best chance ?
