Spider Web
Here in this image I tried to work out a simple composition with relatively shallow dof to show the web in a different way. Like to know your thoughts on composition..

This gives a celestial feel of some remote planet in the source of light, amazing shot, the distribution of light is perfect, specially the straight coming fibers from center gives nice feel of path of light and the spider as source. simply the great. Thanks for sharing Ganesh.

I am sure you have lots of other frames too. I would also love to see the "horizon" in the macro!! The day you uploaded this image on your site, I was blown away by the light, composition and feel in the image. The reflection in the bubble invokes lots of thoughts and the narrow DOF 'focuses' those thoughts to a single point. Meditation it is!

This one is a mind blower Ganesh! Strictly NOT for faint hearted like me!! I am totally bowled over! What I am very much amazed is the way the center portion of the web is so beautifully illuminated! What is that which is in the middle of it? Tiny spider or dew drop? How did you handled the light here? Any use of off the shoe flash or ambient light with that unique angle? The DoF is just perfect for my taste!....Uff! I dont know how many times I would come back to this!! :( I shouldn't have seen this now! For sure I will not sleep tonight!

Thanks for sharing!

It looks like the tiny spider is sitting on a beam of light here! The images got an auroral feel to it. I had seen this beauty on your website and have been captivated since then with the precise execution of simplicity here. You dont have a lot of points, in this image, to look at, yet its got a story to tell. What an image sir! Truly a winner.

Pramod, I do have a horzontal one, have not had time to process them yet.
Ashwin, at the center is a tiny spider. The light source is ambient plus flash (on shoe).

Thanks for your views friends..
