Aditya, I love the gently opened tones (in the sky region) which to makes it more aesthetic. The first tendency is to render the night sky darker which I think would have made this less interesting. Half moon and kite adds a lot to the feel.

If this helps you, with colors gone, B&W photography lives more on tonal ranges from pure black to pure white. I suggest you carefully study the works of B&W photographers about managing the tones. You may study the works of Ansel Adams. In our own CNP forums there are experts. You may want to study Raj's works. Carefully analyze how he manages tones from pure black to pure white. This is a very key technical aspect of B&W photography. This becomes very important if you want to make fine art B&W prints. At the end, the real photography needs very careful execution, preparing very high resolution files which can help us make fine large prints. What looks great on web having very low 1500pixel resolution file will easily fall flat when you make 12x8 print. Web is the first easy step for some quick learning and sharing. If you shoot/prepare images for print then it works in both worlds well, for print as well as for web. I hope this helps.
