Finally, the wait is over!
We have planned to have our CNP MEET 2023 from Friday 10th Feb to Sunday 12th Feb 2023, somewhere around Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our order of preference will be Nalsarovar, Velavdar & Little Rann of Kutch. Rightnow, we are in process of deciding place and checking facilities. Soon we will update approximate expenses and program details. This is just an intimation to save your dates and plan travel accordingly.

Below is some rough outline of time n activities at Nalsarovar ..

Friday 10th Feb :
12:00 noon - Expecting arrival of members, welcoming n helping them to settle in their room
01:00 pm - Lunch
03:30 pm - High tea / refreshment + small talk welcoming n giving our scheduled activities info
04:15 pm - We may go out around Nal lake for casual recce n photography
06:45 pm - Some talk we need to plan
08:15 pm - Dinner
09:00 pm - Campfire with some discussion / planning

Saturday 11th Feb :
06:00 am - Photography at Nalsarovar sanctuary
09:00 am - Breakfast
10:00 am - IOY 2022 declaration and discussion on CNP vol.4 making
12:00 pm - Lunch
03:30 pm - High tea / refreshment + small talk need to be planned
04:00 pm - Cranes etc photography, 20 kms away from hotel
06:45 pm - Displaying 'prints' and some valuable talk n tips related to print-making.
08:15 pm - Dinner
09:00 pm - Campfire with some discussion on how to improve CNP n increase active participation

Sunday 12th Feb :
06:00 am - Photography at Nalsarovar santuary (optional)
09:00 am - Breakfast
10:00 am - Thanks giving / parting goodbyes
11:00 am - End of the Meet, but anybody interested may remain longer as we will be there till 2-3:00 pm.

This is just a general idea. Kindly pour in your ideas n suggestions without any hesitation.
Our hotel do have projector facility. We can also think of some interesting documentary / video that everyone may enjoy n help enrich ourselves.

IMPORTANT :
• If possible n convenient, plz carry few prints for display n discussion.
• Being winter, esp mornings n evenings may be colder n windy too .. please carry warm clothes n cap.
• The place is remote so carry medicines n other personal requirements from home / Ahmedabad.
• I have added a table for members' travelling info here. If you want to share travelling time n expense with other member/s, kindly fill-in your travelling details. Do mention in table, if you want us to arrange a private cab for you.
