Friends,
Some of you have complained that you are not being able to login to CNP. To be precise we get logged out immediately after logging in. Only very few people
have this issue and we are working on root causing this one and trying to fix it. In the meanwhile following may help resolve this.
1. Use Mozilla browser - seem to have less issues than in IE
2. Click on the link "Delete all board cookies" at the bottom end of the screen and repeat your operation again to see whether the problem persists.
3. If you get logged out don't use the "Login" link on the right side of the browser screen, instead click on the actual link which you wanted to visit - may
be critique gallery/illustraion forum/new topic/new post link etc. When you click on them you will be automatically asked to login !! We found that
loggin-in that way works most of the time. Soon after login you will be redirected to your page of interest. This solution often fixes the problem for me
- try this if you are facing this issue.
Hope these fill act as a temporary fix to those who are facing this issue. Since the problem occurrs very infrequently it is tough to troubleshoot. We hope
to solve this asap. if any of you have this issue and found a way work around please do let others know.
