PLEASE TAKE CONSENT FROM THE POSTER BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD/EDIT OtHERS' IMAGES. Please keep files sizes small - preferablly less than 650pixels on longer side.

This works better for me Vikram. cropping even a few pixels may also add. Also you may try to sharpen the eyes selectively.
