Beautiful first image to start with. Love the B&W feel and silhoutted minute tree branches. Composition is beautiful too. Wish the tree was a little slimmer but you could not have done much about it:) I think non-black border (or borderless) with probably 2 pixels grey border will make it better since silhouteed black tree portions seem to get visually diluted due to black frame all around - just my thoughts..

I really like the thought of shooting such an image. The placement of the trunk and the clutter of a tree is brought out very well here. If the outline of the tree was included it would be nice.

Would like to suggest you to reduce the border ( blue ) portion to a smaller to bring more impact to the image.
