Birds at sunset
This is my first post in this forum.

This is the photo of birds flying against setting sun. I wanted to keep the photograph as simple as possible with maximum amount of negative space.
This is how I have interpreted it. let me know your thoughts.
This image which I hold very close to my heart as it takes me back in time when I used to draw birds in my childhood in the form I have captured as silhouettes.
I thought that it would be the same for all of us and so I wanted the negative space large enough for our imagination and memories to be interpreted and run wild.

Hi Rithwik,
Welcome to CNP. Receeding birds against the evening sun create a feeling of distance. You are right negative space does have the intended effect. Deep colors add to the mystery here. Looking forward to more !

Rithwik, welcome to CNP !! Hope you will enjoy participating here. We are a bit slow in commenting, so please bear with us :)

Back to the image, without those two birds it would have been yet another sunset image. Birds crossing a setting sun isn't new either. But this one has a mood created by those tiny little curves placed one above the other there. The size of the birds on the sun is perfect for my taste buds. Isn't that interesting how a very subtle nuances like this greatly impact human mind ? I think just a little wider perspective would have added further. Thanks for sharing.
