I feel that the rising water droplets depicts the bond between the water and the watery birds...trying to prevent the bird from flying away..an appeal for not to leave....

Hi Tapas,
Nice visualisation of a bond. The plea of water is reciprocated with equal empathy by bird's legs which look apologetic.

Bit more sharpening of water droplets might add further Tapas. Love the Nirlep's critique above.
