Image Description:: With the monsoons pouring, I was looking to capture some droplet shots in my backyard whilst randomly thinking about the superstitious belief that rains are a result of God's weeping. When I saw this twig, I found the shape very interesting, immediately striking a resemblance with a teardrop. I then framed the shot to make it look more like a face crying. Even though the image has no literal connection with the monsoons, I have tried to establish such a connect through a metaphorical representation. Not sure if it works.
