You've got a beautiful, light, silken effect there. Is it just the exposure or some filter too? There are some things which seem to bother me. First is the dense darkness on the trees. I wonder if there was a way to lighten it. Secondly the shadow of the tree on the right also looks a little heavy. Third point has to do with the relationship between the picture and the title. You said "winter came winter stayed" but reds tell a different story. Try blue tones for cold.

Nice use of the ND filter here Abhishek, so how many did you stack up ? . The vignette, the smoothness and specially the color cast is very much to my taste and yes I agree to what you have tried to depict through the long shadows of the winter.
