Abhishek, This is one of your best long exposures, smooth like anything...
Colors, Exposure, everything just at its perfect...
The only thing is, the building at the left most side could have been avoided...

Hi Abhishek,
You've got a beautiful, light, silken effect there. Is it just the exposure or some filter too? There are some things which seem to bother me. First is the dense darkness on the trees. I wonder if there was a way to lighten it. Secondly the shadow of the tree on the right also looks a little heavy. Third point has to do with the relationship between the picture and the title. You said "winter came winter stayed" but reds tell a different story. Try blue tones for cold.

Nice use of the ND filter here Abhishek, so how many did you stack up ? :-). The vignette, the smoothness and specially the color cast is very much to my taste and yes I agree to what you have tried to depict through the long shadows of the winter.
