Thanks Nirlep... Since a lot of people asked me how I captured this on Facebook, here is the thought process.
For around 30 mins in a misty morning in Bharatpur, I saw this pkf hovering near the temple watchtower at a close distance. It actually took 30 mins of continuous off and on hovering to induce me into this image. I finally mounted the camera on a tripod and tried experimenting at shutter speeds as low as 1/20 and 1/10. However I was not very happy with the final output. Finally, I decided to use a remote trigger and as soon as the hovering happened, I locked the tripod focused on the PKF and fired the remote trigger. 2 hours of trial and error resulted in this.
