Thank you for all your suggestions on the earlier image. I went there again yesterday and made few attempts. Here is one frame which i am happy with.
This is shot handheld with ND400 , 20 seconds shutter speed. I may have panned a little bit.

An interesting image Madhav. I see your difficulty. You may try 20 seconds exposure on the tripod if you can manage the composition and try some subtle precise small different movements during the 20 seconds exposure? I think some irregular movements may result in some interesting visual.

This one seems to have more layers compared to the last one . The pan has contributed, I see the drift of colors on the blades and that seems to add. Thanks for the sharing . ( You can try few more attempts in that pose and skip shoulder day at gym :)
