What a story the snow tells. Amazing frame. Glad you could capture this before those wing imprints could vanish. They really make the image. Thanks for sharing.

Ganesh: Me too! I would also like to know more. Some years ago, it was getting dark and I had started my way home. I found fresh tracks in the snow not far from where I had been sitting, but I had heard nothing. My guess is, pidgeons and the fox maybe got one of them.

There is so much information in this image even without any visual of animal/bird ! There also is so much left on the imagination of the viewer... Infinity image in my view. Very well seen and executed Anders. Thanks a lot for sharing.
