This is excellent seeing. It looks like a fisherman throwing fishing net in a river. Why is it death? is it because it's a death trap or spider is dead? How about increasing blacks in the oof FG in the extreme left to bring contrast and highlight the legs?

I like the image Prashant, but to compliment the image with your caption, probably a more darker tone could have worked. For the composition part, since it is a trap and your caption is death which leaves out little space for escape...I was wondering if the image could also have been composed in a way where the lack of space and the tightness could have portrayed " There is no escape once something gets trapped in the web" kind of feeling. Could you have waited to see if something actually got itself entangled ?? asking for too much I know...but just felt good imagining adding a component of a subject ( on the right side of the frame in the in focus web ) trying to tear away from the jaws of death while those two legs of the spider would carry the message neatly what is going to happen in a few moments.....nice image though...thanks for sharing.

little hint of spider is adding a lot to the image...Agree with Nilanjan on having the tighter frame to depict the death.
If you could find a prey in the net and then hint of spider coming towards the prey would have been superb but thats asking toooooooo much

@Adithya, I wanted to name it as "Death Trap" but later decided to go with just "Death". For me hidden spider represents death, no one has seen death but everyday every moment death follows us. Its a "kind of there, but hidden". Here is the version suggested by you.




@Nilanajan da, I have tried closer crop with darker tones. Please see below for the cropped version.
I have few snaps with its prey as well but that hasn't come the way I wanted it. Mainly because it was difficult to get the right angle & light due to the wind and shade as this spider web was about 20 ft above ground level and I was shooting with 500mm tele. I'll try to go through those images again will try things suggested by you.

Prashanth, I like the crop suggested by Nilanjan da..But i am sure i would have also presented whatever you have posted initially, It is beautifully captured and presented. But now that Nilanjan da has added more context around your pic/caption, the crop suits better.
