Jungles - Reprocessed

Postby Madhav Jois » Sun Jul 08, 2012 2:44 pm

Hi Ganesh ji,

As per your suggestion on my post here, I have thrown the BG a little bit out of focus in PP. Hope this appeals to your taste.

It works better for me. I may even loose a little more details in the vegetation. What are your thoughts ?

Thank you sir. Since i could not go back, I tried blur tool in PP to throw the vegetation OOF. I am sure it would work better by loosing detail furthermore, but i better achieve that with lens. I saw few blurring artifacts, hence stopped. Thanks for your valuable inputs.

not sure what your settings were on,and I may be telling you something you already know; but the lower your apeture, while remaining focused on the fungi, the more bokeh effect...this may have helped get rid of the vegetation and blur it out more. Love that fungus forest..in the forest.

cheers
