A very artistic image.
I feel the left dark OOF elements are predominantly dominating the positive mood of the subject and adding negativity. Cropping them may make this image better IMHO.

I wanted to use the foreground leaves to give a feel of turning over a new leaf in a book kind of you know Sravan .... without the same the frame was looking very bare to me ... but i take your point that it may not suit our individual tastes...

Actually I felt the same whether the intention was to project as Art page in "Spiral binding", as said "book kind". So projection is perfect.
But those were very dark taking away the attention from the main subject, may be lightened a bit keeping inline with the original creation, will also keep the positive mood. Just my feeling. Thanks!
