Hi Shabeer, I think you have managed blacks and mid tones well. As seen on my calibrated display highlights on birds appears to be off a bit. You may be able to manage it during careful raw conversion. Personally I would have liked seeing the full leg unless you had a reason to crop it this way. You may want to look at Raj's B&W images to see how he manages tonal ranges- from pure black to pure white.
