Strange with a reflex in more colour as the shining green. How come? Is there a lamp from the side or comes this only from the bioluminescence?

@Ganesh sir. It was so tiny and dim that it was difficult to focus on smaller aperture no in 30 sec. I shall use remote when I will shoot this beauty next time.

@Anders The Reflex in image is created with the help of torch light and the water drop resting on twig infront of mashroom.
