I liked the colors Rashid. I am thinking, it might have had slightly better feeling if the head would have been placed a bit more off centered.

Hi Rasheed,
The shallow DOF and uniform red in the background give the feel as if the insect is coming out of a taut membrane. And that's what makes the picture for me. A bit upright head would've added to the effect.

I think eyes beautifully stands out and color scheme looks interesting. Fine details on the face would have added a lot the image. Thanks for sharing Rasheed..

Rasheed, I quite like it. When I look at the Caption for the photo (FACE) and when I see the Face of the Hoverfly's Face, I do see a Human Face. Not sure it was your intention but that is what I see.
