I think "it is there, I am there" should reduce readily just to "it is there" because "I am" is part of "it" in a larger context. The next question is what are you really saying when you say "it is there"? For me "something else" is also there (so there is already an implied exclusion) unless "something else" includes "it". Beyond tautology/'obvious reality', I may want to see something beyond "it is there" because Nature gave me only tiny tiny part of its "time". The challenge is how can we portray "reality" in an interesting, creative way without getting into the world of opinons. I do believe "interesting realities" do exist which are not apparent. Not all of it need to be visual I guess. An image may just help create such an abstract reality in the mind, in the non-visual world.
