Very nice composition, Ashwini. The branches lead the viewer's eyes through the photograph. B&W was a great choice too. Nicely done. Was there a possibility to bring in some more contrast in the BG? TFS.

I have tried both the versions (more contrast and less contrast) and felt this suits my taste buds. With more contrast I am loosing those tufts on the leg of the eagle. With less contrast I was loosing the feel of the clouds in the sky. So it was slightly a compromise but this level suited my taste.
