Curvy Path...
Path of a Light... On egrets

Ganesh Sir... Reposting this image again removing the old... This time the post processing I tried to follow a different way, where I chose the Curves from the GIMP and made sure that the mid-range the curve is flat and the lower-ranges (Shadows) I bumped the curve and on the higher-ranges (highlights) I brought the curve down. It looked to me an inverted S (Not to scale) where the midrange being flat. In my earlier image, I tried to crop few pixels on the left and bottom edge, and while PP'ing the GIMP gave some strange error, dint notice while posting. Those little triangles on left and bottom edge.

I like to hear from Ganesh Sir and from other members. Thanks for clicks and views.

Thanks,
Raghu

This works better. You may try cutting the mid tones to emphasize the rim light some more.

Hi Raghu,
I'll go with Ganesh about the rim lighting. Tones of egret merging with the background are interesting.
Thanks for sharing

@Ganeshsir & Nirlepji... Will surely tryout... The merge of the tones on egret with background interested me when trying options with the Curves in the GIMP...
