I do have made a few images on the same lines Nevil..but what struck me with your image is the way in which the feeling is conveyed..its not just through the lonely Pelican... but the group of grass blades below which intensifies the feeling

I agree with Adithya on the role the grass reeds below are playing. Nice decision to include them. How about reversing the definitions - keeping the reeds sharp and gently loosing details on the bird ? Do you think that would appeal to your taste buds ? Thanks for sharing Nevil..

thanks adithya 'n ganesh for motivating words. that's interesting too, ganesh .. i see, it evokes feeling of missing you!
coming winter i have planned to spend more time in nature 'n experiment .. i envy the way you people worked at corbett .. simply incredible!
