Very interesting, Samyak. What software do you use to merge these thousands of frames together and at what fps you make these multiple exposures with?!

Than You, Ganesh. For now, using Photoshop only. It is a heavy resource consuming work.
Mostly 25/30 FPS. The camera FPS is not enough to shoot these, so I am shooting short clips and then working on individual frames from these clips. For now, FFMPEG is one tool I found that helps in extracting frames from videos and where I can script it to automate this process a better in future.
Here is one youtube video explaining ChronoPhotography. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZT_ukTNF1A
I am yet to develop a proper workflow as I am still learning to get better grip on technicalities. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Samyak for sharing this. It may be useful to many here. Yes, I thought merging hundreds of high resolution files will need lots of CPU cycles. May be it is a task for GPU in a system if one has it.

Interesting technique, Samyak! Probably very tedious job as well. Not sure how to control the outcome of such efforts. TFS
