Here is a screen shot of Sarthak's image as seen on Chrome and Safari browser side by side.
Open the above link in safari and chrome browsers on your computer. I think you will be surprised how Safari renders red circle compared what Chrome shows you! The reds appear to be out of gamut for Chrome and Safari seem to do a better job! BTW, I am seeing this on my wide gamut display. Probably, Firefox handles this better too compared to Chrome.
