Here is the version with lit stamen. As I mentioned in the post I some how feel the emphasis on the stamen got diluted here. I think petals are lit evenly here compared to the one posted. I would prefer a version with stamen of the posted image and petals of this one

Thank you Ganesh to have posted this alternative image. The stamen do seem to merge with the BG petal. The original post did seem to have better feel except for the bright petal in the BG. As u said, the petals of this frame & stamen of the original post wud have been an ideal one
